I had an eye infection while I was visiting Toronto for work and Dr. Chan and his team were able to squeeze me in with very short notice. Dr. Chan was friendly and professional throughout and did a thorough examination and diagnosis. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at an eye doctor!!!

Dr. Vick Chan was very attentive, knowledgeable, and offered good insights and recommendations for ways to better take care of your eyes. His support team staff are also extremely friendly and helpful.

I’ve been visiting the same optometrist (not Dr. Vick Chan) for the past few years now however I always have to wait months on end for an appointment. I did a quick search on google to find another optometrist and found glowing reviews for Dr. Vick Chan. Although at first a little skeptical, as one naturally should be, I can assure you that the reviews are absolutely true about him. He was on time and took all the time he needed to thoroughly perform my eye exam and address any concerns/issues I had. He also ensured to explain any issues in detail, but also in a way that I could easily understand. Dr. Vick Chan and his staff are all extremely friendly and professional and I will most definitely be coming back. I’ve found my new go to optometrist and will definitely be recommending him to friends and family!

I havent had my eyes check for over 6 years. I was searcching online for a good optemistist and decided to try this location because of the great review. I was truly impress and the reviews did live up to what it says. The receptionist was very kind, friendly and informative.Most doctors out there just want you in and out in minutes. Dr chan was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable.He took the time with me and explain the process clearly. He give me the opportunity to ask question and really care about my understading. This is what all doctor should be like and learn from him. Thanks for the great experience. Highly recommend.

We are extremely happy and impressed with the care and service provided by Dr. Chan and staff. My husband was the first to see him for an eye exam a couple years ago. Since then, my mother, my children and I have all moved from another optometrist’s office to specifically see Dr. Chan. He has such a warm and friendly personality, and he takes the time to thouroughly explain everything we need to know. His caring, patient and accommodating nature makes it easy to ask questions whenever they arise. He’s a gem! We would most definitely recommend him and his services!

This practice is amazing! Both Dr. Chan and his assistant (I believe her name was Joyce) are incredibly friendly and kind. From the first time I emailed them to inquire about pricing and an apppintment, they were both welcoming, professional, timely, and informative. During the actual appointment, Dr. Chan was amazing at explaining everything in a detailed and easy to understand way. To top it off, for my fellow uninsured people, the office only charges $90 for a comprehensive eye exam. During my research before hand, I found that most other offices charged upwards of $130 for a comprensive exam. Affordable pricing and quality service? I usually don't leave reviews, but I literally could not be happier. Just had my appointment today and have already recommended this office to my entire family.

I have been there for my daughter and my first visit, staff were polite and professional. Dr. Chan did a full eye examination, he is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He was very patient when I asked him questions. I definitely recommend him. Wonderful Doctor!
