Doctor Chan and his staff are amazing! He is very detailed oriented and takes his time to explain what he is testing and root causes and diagnosis. My daughter had an eye emergency and the staff was so kind and provided appointment and as suggested by doctor followed up the next day. It was especially convenient that we were also able to txt pictures and be provided reassurance of next steps. Grateful we have such amazing optometry team!

My sister did her eye checkups here and ortho k and every experience was wonderful. She had Dr.Vick, who was wonderful and the other staff as well, creating a nice and welcoming environment every visit. I definitely recommend this place!

I was worried about parking due to the nature of the plaza and was pleasantly surprised they had reserved parking for the clients! Dr. Chan isn’t accepting new patients anymore so I was referred to Dr Cheung. It was extremely easy to book at an appt with him and the process was very quick, smooth, and thorough. They send out text reminders for your appts so you won’t be able to forget! My appt was on a Monday noon time and I didn’t wait at all. I was immediately treated and had a very informative appt with Dr Cheung. I asked a lot of questions and I never felt rushed or ushered through the door. Thanks Chan Optometry! I will continue to support and have my routine eye check ups here.

Dr. Cheung was very informative and thorough with my eye examination. He was patient and attentive with my questions. The team is also helpful and friendly. They were also very accommodating when I had an emergency. Overall, a professional and wonderful team and I'm happy to return back for my routine checkups.

I've been dealing with Chan Optometry for as long as I could remember. Their service has been excellent, as they try to accommodate all the customers the best they can. The current receptions are kind and professional, and obviously, trying to make sure everyone is safe (safety hazards and whatnot). Have been a patient here for the past few years and bring the kids here as well. Professional and friendly staff. Clean and pleasant environment. Thorough with their exams and they're never pushy about optional exams, explaining the benefits and risk of exams.

Very happy with my first appointment for an eye exam and contact lens fitting with Dr. Anthony Cheung. His assistant, Ryan, was very helpful and supportive with the contact lens fitting while I was struggling. Highly recommend!
